ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Heidi, I am a certified meditation coach and a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher through Brown University. I started my mindfulness teaching and meditation coaching journey with an intention to provide a safe space, to connect and support people who are on their healing journey. Mindfulness and meditation have provided me some very beautiful learnings and I am here to share these tools with you and support you on your journey whether it’s from day-to-day stress to grieving, goal setting to life obstacles, or integrating mindfulness into your daily life.
Healing is not a linear process. Through personalised one-on-one session, we can work together to find the most supportive approaches for you in this present moment.
I also offer 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program every quarter. MBSR is an evidence-based program that was first found in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It is specifically designed to assist individuals in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
