Introducing Mindfulness - 3 x 1 Hour Online Class via Zoom

Hi, and a warm welcome.
My name is Heidi, and I’m a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, trained through Brown University. I invite you to join me for this short, 3-week course where we’ll gently explore three core mindfulness themes and discover simple ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life. This course is designed to be accessible and practical, so you can try out mindfulness without feeling overwhelmed.

What Can You Learn in This Course?

This 3-week program blends didactic teachings, experiential mindfulness practices, and opportunities to apply what you learn in daily life. We’ll also explore reflections and group discussions. The structure is progressive, with each week’s theme building naturally on the last, so you can deepen your understanding and experience step by step.
