Mindfulness Info Session - 1 Hour Online

Hi, and a warm welcome.
My name is Heidi, and I’m a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, trained through Brown University. I invite you to join me for this free one-hour session. Together, we’ll pause, breathe, and gently explore what mindfulness really means in our modern daily life.

What we’ll explore

  • A short guided mindfulness practice

  • What mindfulness is (and what it isn’t)

  • Simple ways to bring mindfulness into everyday moments

  • Time for questions and reflections

I’ll also share a few options if you’d like to continue your learning and practice - such as weekly drop-ins, introductory courses, or the full 8-week evidence-based MBSR program.

Sometimes life feels busy and full. This session offers a chance to slow down, connect with the present moment, and explore how mindfulness can support your well-being, reduce stress, and improve focus in daily life.

Session Times (choose the one that fits your time zone):

  • UK / Europe – First Saturday of the month, 10 am – 11 am (UK time)

  • Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong) – First Tuesday of the month, 7 pm – 8 pm (HK time)

  • US/Canada – First Wednesday of the month, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (PT)
