Hi, and a warm welcome. My name is Heidi, I’m a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher qualified through Brown University. I support individuals from all walks of life through mindfulness and meditation, cultivating well-being, presence, and a deeper connection to each moment of our daily life.

If you are new to mindfulness or curious about which course or class might best support your well-being? This free 1-hour online session offers a gentle, welcoming space to pause, experience mindfulness, and learn about options to support your practice.
This session offers:
A taste of mindfulness with a guided mindfulness meditation practice
An understanding of what mindfulness is (and isn’t)
Simple ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life
Time for Q&A
Come as you are to pause, breathe, and gently explore mindfulness. Whether you’re just beginning or already practicing, this is a safe, supportive space for all. Together, we’ll do a simple practice, explore how mindfulness can nurture your well-being. I’ll also share information about upcoming classes and programs with guidance on which might best support your journey - including weekly drop-ins, the 3-week Introducing to Mindfulness course, the full MBSR program, and one-on-one sessions

UK / Europe – First Saturday of the month, 10 am – 11 am (UK time)
Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong) – First Tuesday of the month, 7 pm – 8 pm (HK time)
US/Canada – First Wednesday of the month, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (PT)
