Hi, my name is Heidi, I am a qualified mindfulness (MBSR - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher through Brown University, and a certified meditation coach. Mindfulness has been a deeply profound practice in my journey. My intention is to share this beautiful practice with you and facilitate a nurturing and safe space to support your well-being, personal growth, learnings and your unique journey as life unfolds.
About What I Do

MBSR 8-Week Courses
I facilitate and teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programs online. MBSR is a 8-week evidence-based mindfulness course created to support individuals in coping with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and illness. It was developed in 1979 by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.

One-on-One Sessions
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions with the practice of mindfulness and meditation to individuals from various walks of life including creatives, independent business owners and professionals to medical practitioners. These sessions are offered online which allow us to connect across different time zones. As we sometimes say in our sessions “the universal time zone we all share is ‘now’, the present moment”.

Mindfulness Meditation Retreats
I host day-long and half-day mindfulness meditation retreats throughout the year. Silent retreats give us an opportunity to foster a deeper connection with our body, mind, and heart. They offer a space for cultivating calmness, inner peace, and a profound understanding of oneself.
