Dear friend, I hope you are all keeping well as we welcome the change of season into autumn/winter. I am happy to announce I will be hosting an online half-day retreat end of this year on Friday 29th of December for half day of silent, reflection through meditation and mindful movement. There will be time for group discussion and question at the end.

An invitation for half day of silent.

A time of reflection, renewal and inner peace through meditation and mindful movement as we prepare to welcome the new year.

  • This 3-week online program consist of one-hour weekly session in a group setting where mindfulness and meditation practices are introduced. Participants are invited to participate in guided meditation, engage in group discussions and reflections. Additionally, each week includes home practice assignments to support your integration of mindfulness practice into your daily life.

  • Week 1/ Introduction of Mindfulness

    Day One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

  • Week 2 / Mindfulness Practice

    On Day Two we shift our focus to others in your world. How do you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life? What do you want to change?

  • Week 03 / Integration in your Daily Life

    We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.
