ALL-DAY SESSION: Sunday, 18 August 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (HK time)

Thank you for your interest in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program. MBSR is the original 8-week evidence-based mindfulness program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., integrating ancient contemplative practices with Western medical approaches.

The MBSR program is delivered over 8 weeks/9 sessions. We meet weekly for 2-2.5 hours (depending on class size), including a day-long mindfulness retreat. The course fosters awareness and presence, encouraging an accepting and compassionate attitude toward daily experiences.
